College Career Compass™ helps students build clarity, confidence, and direction for life after high school.
Through guided lessons, reflection activities, career and pathway exploration, scholarship awareness, planning tools, and portfolio-based assignments, students begin to connect who they are with where they may want to go next.
Each course is self-paced, student-facing, parent-friendly, and designed for independent completion.
Using EMA Funding?
College Career Compass™ is an approved Step Up For Students provider in Florida. Families using PEP, FTC, FES-EO, or FES-UA scholarship funds may be able to request eligible College Career Compass™ courses through EMA when approved through their family account.

Log In: Go to the Step Up For Students EMA Parent Account.
Navigate: Click on the Marketplace tab, then select Find Providers.
Search: Type in College Career Compass™ in the search bar.
Select: Click on your chosen course from the options above.
Match ID: Verify the EMA Catalog Item ID matches your selection.
Reserve: Click to reserve and submit the funds for approval.
